After serving New England folks in Plymouth New Hampshire, owner and founder of the original Taste of Boston George Illes decided to move to Tampa Bay seven years ago to serve up some delicious and authentic seafood from Boston. George opened his first location in Tampa in 2004 which he sold in the beginning of 2011. He now focuses on his full service restaurant that seats about seventy people, including the bar area.
